Get dynamic window sizes in zOSMF NCA for legacy policies

When working on a big screen running zOSMF and the NCA plugin in full screen mode to work on any of the policies, the window in NCA does not scale to the real size of the window of zOSMF/NCA itself as it's limited to a fixed height. This must be improved to have dynamic window sizes allowing to see as much content as the screen allows and not capped by the hard coded max window height and using a scroll bar on the right only showing three entries.
