Request to auto synch the time across all crypto adapters with the system time.

Each IBM 4768 (and other 476x series) cryptographic coprocessors maintains its own internal clock to provide timestamped logging for PCI-HSM compliance.  The clock value is set for each card individually by an operator using the TKE "Set Clock" functionality which all but guarantees that the coprocessors will not share a common date and time value.  Since PCI-HSM mode needs a “reliable time stamp” for its HSM domain level audit records it is suggested that a capability be added to allow each cryptographic card to synch its clock with the system clock for consistency.

.The team is looking at ways to achieve this and which machine generation it will make sense to introduce. The importance and need are recognized.
