Add support for sending multi-part objects to S3 when using the streaming send/receive exits.

The documented method for sending large objects to the cloud is to use the streaming send and receive Web-Enablement Toolkit exits. However, it is not possible to send multi-part objects using this method. There is no way to overcome the 5GB limit imposed by AWS S3 without sending multi-part objects via HTTP. Please add support for WRITELARGEOBJECT when using a DATALOCATION of EXIT.

This would be related to:

When using GDK_EXIT_DATALOCATION with AWS S3.
