RRS notification that there are a number of stale RM entries in its RM data logstream

Once a Resource Manager has registered to RRS, it's RM name persists in the RRS RM Data logstream. If an exploiter no longer uses that RM name, or if that exploiter is no longer active, the RM name entry will remain in the logstream unless explicit action is taken to remove it with the ATRQSRV DELETERM service.


If there is a large number of stale RM entries, this can negatively impact RRS performance when browsing its RM data logstream and stress logstream storage holding these no longer needed RM entries.


Requesting an external notification to alert of the potential of numerous stale RMs that may require attention to manual clear. This can be a new Health Check that triggers an exception when browsing more than a threshold number of entries.
