Add an additional parameter for CBRUXSAE (OAM Security exit) to get the Db2 SSID or name of OAM system

Currently, we've the requirement to setup a Multiple-OAM Environment. This have to be done for some application restore tests.

Currently, our OAM Security exit checks RACF for the access rights to the collections (the RACF ressources are the collection names). In the exit we differ between the production OAM and develeopment OAM. This is done by querying a Name/Token pair and then we extract the RACF class from the Token part of the N/T pair (this is loaded during IPL).

For the application restore test, we have to setup a new OAM that runs on the same LPARs as the development OAM. With the current behaviour of CBRUXSAE, we would check the RACF class of the development OAM instead of setting up a new RACF class, as we wouldn't be able to differ the OAM subsystems.

For this reason, we would like to get an additional parameter for CBRUXSAE, for example the Db2 SSID where OAM connects to or the OAM address space name. As the Exit is called within the user ASID, we wouldn't be able to get it from the control blocks after the exit is called. With this, we could prefix the RACF resources (collections) with the Db2 SSID (or OAM task name).

With different "HLQs" for the RACF resources, we could still differ between the different OAM systems and keep our security monitoring active for OSREQ DELETE access to the OAM objects.
