Add a 'syntax check' function to POLICY AGENT to check syntax of policy files.

We like to have command to enable Policy Agent to do a syntax check that simulates loading a new config and syntax checking it, without impacting the current running config. Much like the TCPIP syntax check for profiles.

We have a process currently that requires us to;

- Change from 'Stack Policy' to 'Stack Profile'
(From OMVS enter: ‘ipsec –f default')
- Enter ‘ipsec –f display | head' to verify
- Change the policy agent config file configurations
- Enter the 'F PAGENT,UPDATE' command
- Look for EZZ8771I PAGENT CONFIG POLICY
PROCESSING COMPLETE FOR TCPIP : SEC.
OR
EZZ8438I PAGENT POLICY DEFINITIONS
CONTAIN ERRORS FOR xxxx_TCPIP : IPSEC
- Change the Policy Agent config back to normal.
- Enter the 'F PAGENT,UPDATE' command
- OMVS enter ‘ipsec –f reload'
- Enter ‘ipsec –f display | head' to verify the
‘Source' value is now ‘Stack Policy'.

    This item is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into product plan.
