Support extended highlighting in custom health checks

SDSF 3.1 adds a feature for extended highlighting in health check reports. These drastically improve readability of extensive check outputs. Right now, custom health checks are not supported and therefore can't make use of the new feature.

SDSF and IBM Health Checker for z/OS should add support for extended highlighting in custom (REXX-based) health checks, namely:

  • for selected messages/lines in the health check report, for example to highlight an exception item just like CHECK(IBMSDSF,SDSF_CLASS_SDSF_ACTIVE) does
  • for parts or certain words/characters within a message/line
  • of the exception message(s) themselves, like certain IBM-supplied checks already do
