Allow Changing Password from z/OSMF Login

Currently, when a user with an expired password attempts to login to z/OSMF they will receive a rejection to their logon. Users should be presented with a process to update their password from within z/OSMF itself. The current user experience is untenable as it requires the user to divine that their password has expired, go to some other access method, update their password, and then login to z/OSMF.

The requirement has been addressed in z/OS V2R4 via APAR PH34912. To enable the feature of changing password, please select the option ?Display error details if the login attempt fails? in General Settings.

The standard process on nearly all websites when a password has expired is to prompt the user for a new password. z/OSMF should do the same.
