bpxwunix login should mirror actual omvs/ssh login

bpxwunix login processing should mirror a true login via ssh or TSO OMVS - something it does not do today. Any scripts that are invoked from within the /etc/profile, /u/userid/.profile (or .bashrc ...) that set environment variables fail to set those variables when the bpxwunix login is used causing the commands processed by bpxwunix to not have the same environment as a shell/omvs user.

For an example using the z/OS Open Tools /etc/zopen-config which processes multiple .env files for the installed tools and exports the environment updates for each work great from ssh/omvs but not from bpxwunix.

This must be fixed.
