Enhance active and status displays with acee userid

Please add to these displays a column with the ACEE Userid - I'm not sure where owner is coming from but we have started tasks that are started by a server address space under the started task userid and then change to a specific userid which is reflected in the ACEE.

    Tried your solution on a 3.1 system and the ACEE column was blank.

    This request is unlikely to be implemented as requested, as much of this functionality already exists in SDSF. Also, individual TCBs can have their own ACEE in addition to the address space ACEE, so displaying only the address space ACEE user id may be insufficient.

    In z/OS 3.1, several of the SDSF panels (DA, AS, AD) support the JT action (display the Job Tasks panel, which shows every TCB in the address space.) That panel lists the address space ACEE as the ACEE for the first task, as well as the addresses of each task's ACEE (if applicable.)
    The ACEE field supports point-and-click, so you can place the cursor on that ACEE address and it will display the associated memory. The M line command can be used to format the individual ACEE fields, including the user id.

    This would be valuable if an STC creates a secondary ACEE to run under and alters the ASXBSENV to point to the secondary ACEE.

    Fot STC's that are spawned and start under a general userid, then switch to a different userif for processing, this would be helpful. This would be the case if the ASXBSENV value is changed to point to a secondary ACEE.
