Improve error reporting/LOGREC records associated with OBTAIN failure

We recently experienced an issue that involved VTOC corruption which required a ZAP to fix the VTOC.  When the error occurred and was reported, there were messages and a LOGREC record that identified the volume involved, but there was no way to know what data set was involved or how to know what area of the VTOC to examine for the possible corruption.  In order to know what to ZAP in the VTOC, we had to open a Case and have IBM review the SVC dump and DSS PRINT of the volume.  IGG032DB is a general dump routine to write out the LOGREC record and to issue the dump.  It would be helpful (and potentially save some time/effort) if there was additional information up to and including the data set name involved in the failure that could be added to the LOGREC record by that module.
