Enhance Kerberos/SKRBKDC limit to more than 2048 sockets

Currently, there is a hard coded limit of 2048 for the number of parallel open sockets for Kerberos / SKRBKDC (see Msg: EUVF04031E Limit of 2048 sockets exceeded). We're using Kerberos authentication for nearly all of our business transactions to authenticate the access to CICS/Db2 from different Web Services. It could be possible that we raise the limit of parallel authentications of 2048, so that these authentication requests would be blocked from TCP/IP perspective. This results in transaction ABENDs on the front end application for Clients.


Make it possible to configure the maximum number of parallel sockts for Kerberos/SKRBKDC to don't block authentication requests from different services.
