Enhance DSFS sysout to access all data in an open sysout file

Currently with SDSF it is possible to view all of the data in an open sysout file. With /dsfs/sysout/.... that same open sysout file is empty.  It obviously works when the job step, or job, completes as it is closed *but* when open and active that is where the problem occurs.

Please enhance.

    his is the relevant part of the spool browse token that DSFS could set to request in storage buffers. Getting the in storage buffers is kind of a pain (for JES2) as it involves scheduling an SRB to the writing application to reach in and grab the data (edited)

    Length of the ASID field (LENGTH (BTOKASID)).

    The 2 byte ASID of the data set owning job if active buffers are needed. If active buffers are not needed, then pass 0. If the ASID is not known, then pass X’FFFF’ and JES will determine the correct

    Note that even zowe explorer can access all the records in an open sysout file.
