Support proxy servers for CDA and GDK

A proxy server allows a site to funnel access through while protecting the z/OS (real origin) address.  Some sites disallow direct access from the mainframe to public cloud providers.  This can be done to improve security and privacy of the mainframe since there's centralized control over what's leaving and entering the restricted zones.  The web enablement toolkit has several parameters to support this and it would be helpful if GDK also supported configuring a proxy server for sites that fall into this category.
