SMS attributes to govern how CSM should manage replicated data and SGC.

SMS managed data is organized by attributes defined in storage class, data class etc. However, there is no management of data at a global mirror target. SMS and CSM should coordinate such that replicated storage pools are backed up by safe guarded copy while others are not. For e.g. work pools and temp data should not be backed up, so handling of data for BCP or a cyber event should be managed by SMS attributes.
