Have option to hide or secure password when using AMAPDUPL

Hide or secure password in dataset when using AMAPDUPL thru a proxy.

    By using the SYSIN DD statement on the AMAPDUPL program, one can put user IDs and passwords (or any other PDUU control statements) in a secure data set for processing. For an example on how to do this, please see Sample 16 here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos/3.1.0?topic=pduu-example-16-tls12-cipher-https-connection-testcase
    Although this is for HTTPS, the same can be applied if using SFTP whereby you can store a user ID and password in the secure data set referenced by the SYSIN DD JCL statement. Then, when using SJ in SDSF, the user ID and password are not included in the job output since they are stored in a separate location.
