SMF record to report for rolled off GDGs

GDGs that roll off the base should have an SMF record to show that it was removed. Currently we have no way of showing audit when and who caused the GDG to be removed.

DASD datasets do have other SMF record types to show the delete, but CA1 tapes GDGs do not.

Hi, this function does not exist. See case TS018684284.

There is no SMF entry where the dataset name is the rolled off GDG.

There is no DELETE record for tape datasets.

When a roll-off occurs, an SMF type 66 ('42'x) for ALTER is written to show the change in the GDG. If the GDS is deleted when rolled off and this is an Extended GDG, a type 65 (x'41') for DELETE will be written.
