Display Issue with TSO CQUERY PATHS Command

After issuing CESTPATH and CESTPAIR to establish a pair from A-Vol to B-Vol, the customer ran the TSO CQUERY PATH command against B-Vol. However, the output displayed the values of SERIAL#, SSID, and LSS for the Primary as those of A-Vol. These values should have been those of B-Vol. Additionally, the WWNN for the Primary also showed the value for A-Vol, which again should have been that of B-Vol. Furthermore, even though there is no path from B-Vol, the WWNN for Secondary.1 was shown as the value for B-Vol. This field should have been blank.

I found that according to the manual, the PATHS option for the CQUERY command is intended to be issued either from a volume in SIMPLEX state or from the PRIMARY of a duplex pair. That being said, even if the command is issued against B-Vol, displaying partial information from A-Vol may cause confusion for the customer.

I believe the system should be improved to either correctly display the B-Vol information or to display nothing at all to avoid misleading the customer.
