Allow the option to enable Policy Based Routing for routed traffic

In our company we have serveral different customer networks and different default gateways, to handle this we use Policy Based Routing (PBR). We want to provide zCX instances to those customers, but zCX is routed traffic, which currently is not supported by PBR. Therefore it is vital to the further adoption of zCX by our customers, that we are able to manage the routing in an easy and consistent way. We think that an option to enable PBR for routed traffic would be optimal as that way we could benifit from it without it impacting the default behaviour of PBR.
