Hi, just wanted to confirm with you that we are not missing some other aspect of this requirement per my previous update. Please let us know. Thanks.

The requested change will not save any space in the SMF records -- the fields will still be present since they're maintained in a fixed-length section of the record (they will just contain zero values if we disable the collection of statistics). To do what you're asking would require a new SMF 119 subtype, which we are very unlikely to add since there are other measures (like the zERT Aggregation recording interval you requested) that would have a greater impact on reducing the overall space required for storing SMF 119-12 records. Based on the above, we are likely to reject this RFE. Before we do, is there anything we are missing in our understanding of this requirement?
