IP CICS Sockets - IP address for listeners in EZAC

IP CICS socket listeners need to be configured to provide CICS remote debugging features in a product we use. It is recommended to use the IBM-supplied listener implementation (EZACIC02).

However, you can set the port but not the IP address for the listener - so it listens to any IP address. As we need to use different IP addresses for each CICSPlex, we currently have to define one port definition in the hlq.TCPIP.PROFILE and bind a specific IP address for each CICS region.

As we have many CICS regions for development, this means a lot of configuration overhead in the port definitions or to implement a user-written listener.

So, the IBM-supplied listener (EZACIC02) should support to define the listening IP address - e.g. as an additional parameter in the EZAC,DEFINE,LISTENER function.

This change will require updating the CICS listener to accept an IP address in its configuration. Because there is already a way to bind a CICS region to a specific IP address (via the PORT BIND statement), this requirement would be classified as a low priority, and as such, will not likely ever be implemented.
