Enable FTP to optionally treat a 'LF' as a 'CRLF' for inbound data

Currently, FTP (client and server) provide configuration options allowing users to specify what characters should be used to terminate records for outbound data. These are the SBSENDEOL and MBSENDEOL configuration statements, allowing a user to terminate their records with a linefeed (x'0A'), carriage return line feed (x'0D0A'), or with no characters.

This same functionality would also be useful for inbound data, as many UNIX-based operating systems will only send a linefeed, and the result is that the data received on the mainframe is put together as a single record.

My suggestion is to add something like a SBRCVEOL and MBRCVEOL with the same LF, CRLF, and NONE options as the SENDEOL equivalents.

This item is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into product plan.
