Infoprint blank in recipient addresses

For sendmail to accept recipient addresses with blank we have to add the character " at the beginning and at the end of the recipient address. for example :
"paris bp21 expl mf network"@bnpparibas.com works with sendmail.
Our problem is that infoprint does not accept the " in the recipient part of the address so we have to create an aliases files in /etc/mail/ where we code:
PARIS_BP2I_EXPL_MF_NETWORK: PARIS BP2I EXPL MF NETWORK@bnpparibas.com
and in infoprint we have to code PARIS_BP2I_EXPL_MF_NETWORK
It would be simpler if we could code directly: "PARIS BP2I EXPL MF NETWORK" @bnpparibas.com in infoprint.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - z Systems Software
    Product - z/OS Communications Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Enterprise Networking
    Product - z/OS Communications Server

This would need to be addressed by Infoprint (which is owned by Ricoh), not by Communications Server.
