As z/VM RACF is not sharing with z/OS anymore we need a z/VM face on RACF, remove irrelevant CLASSes

As z/VM RACF is not sharing with z/OS anymore we need a z/VM face on RACF, remove irrelevant CLASSes. IBM no longer  permits the sharing of RACF DB's with z/OS and z/VM. So why have irrelevant RACF classes visible in z/VM? It is confusing when scanning output particularly from the SETROPTS LIST command. It would benefit VM sysprog's so the can deal with just output relevant to VM. There are a lot of classes specific to z/OS that I don't care about and never will. In a certain way it is a defect to list all the superfflous data.
