    The following documentation will be added to the z/VM 6.4 Performance Toolkit Guide Chapter 1 as a separate header after "Online Help Facility":
    Special Processing in regard to Timezone changes //
    The Performance Toolkit for VM tracks CP Performance for specific time intervals. It is unable to handle time that is changed on the fly by commands like SET TIMEZONE. IBM recommends that you stop the Performance Toolkit (PERFKIT) application before changing the time zone and start it up again after the time zone has been changed.
