Provide accurate DATAMOVE progress during DIRMAINT

Reported problem was during use of the IBM Wave for z/VM product when cloning users. The resultant DIRMAINT command appears to work successfully and the cloning status is reported by Wave as complete - yet the DATAMOVE portion of the copy is still active and depending on the sizes of the DASD of the guest being cloned - can be for quite some time. This leads to confusing actions on the customers' part since they are unaware of the DATAMOVE activity.
