This is the public portal for all IBM Z Hardware and Operating System related offerings. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

z/VSE is eligible for sub-capacity pricing. Then on it could be valuable to know how evolves the sum of the CPU load for all VSE's for which sub-pricing capacity is applied.
The FCONTROL DEFLOG subcommand of the Performance Toolkit allows defining your own 'by time' performance data logs, to be built from parts of standard performance displays and user-defined text. Moreover, the FCONTROL DEFLOG subcommand allows defining your own 'by time' performance data logs, to be built from parts of standard performance displays and user-defined text.
So, I defined a USER LOG panel to display the CPU load of all VSE's on one line of the FCX187 panel (USER LOG). I also defined a UCLASS that includes all VSE's running in the z/VM partition. But it is not possible to use the UCLASS subcommand to display the SUM of the values for all members of a Class name. The UCLASS subcommand only displays the average.
Would it be possible to add this option to the UCLASS command ?
