Report on the database minidisks used by the RACF server via the RACONFIG interface (Diagnose x'0A0' subfunction 0050)

The RACONFIG interface returns the DataSet Descriptor Table (DSDT) when diagnose 0A0-0050 is called with the TYPDSDT bit set.
This returns the pairs of primary/backup data set names / file names, that by default map to RACFVM 200/300 210/310 211/311 212/312.
But, in case of an RVARY SWITCH, the primary and backup get swapped, as reflected by the DSDT, though there is no way to easily interrogate which mindisks contain the primary and which the backup databases.

Please add a new information block to the RACONFIG interface that lists the current minidisks used by RACF for the primary and backup databases, in the same order as they are reported via the DSDT.
