PAV/HyperPAV alias Support

Base devices between subchannel sets, aliases associated with and in the same real subchannel set in the active configuration allows these devices to then be referenced by 4-digit RDEV numbers in various commands which only affect active configuration devices. We have some zOS guest systems which need a 5-digit RDEV. We use a CSS for BASE devices an another CSS for ALIAS devices, due to a huge number of devices managed.

With 5-digit RDEV we could use one direction for bases and the other for aliases, for example 01001 (a base) 11001 (an alias), as is done in z/OS systems.

Could it be possible for zVM to recognize a 5-digit RDEV?
