Add new field Last-logon or Last-used to show the actual date/time when the ID was last used/logged on. The field LAST-ACCESS is not useful because ALU command update the field.

This is useful so we know when was the last time the ID was used. (vs. the last time the ID was change (ALU or Resumed)) without a using a custom process to process SMF record and update a custom field.
