Provide "MOVE" option to IEBCOPY /SHARE Requirement SSMVSS13010-Priority=3.7

Provide an option for IEBCOPY that deletes the members that are sucessfully copied to another PDS(E). "MOVE" is my suggestion keyword as that is the same function used to do this with ISPF.(opened per SHARE REQ-SSMVSS13010)

DFHSM ARCPRPDO should produce better details in the sysprint

Currently if the ARCPRPDO does not find any records, it only puts out the sysin input: CONTROL PARMS FROM SYSIN: COMPACT START(17175,080000) END(17175,110000) It would be better to provide better details in the output.
