The Key Label should be able to be validated prior to allocation. This can be via a selection list or just validating the key label. A selection list would be ideal given the length of the labels and thus the chance of a finger check (user 0FC) :D

in the panel editing: I would like the option of exporting the panel definitions into a text-source format with tools around it to be able to create pannels with ISPF statements. The definition should fit in a functional design, also context sensitive info for the end-user.
