Provide way to regenerate ISRF05* messages after RESET SPECIAL

When editing or viewing a PDSE V2 member when generations are active, various ISRF05* messages may be inserted at the beginning of the member. Issuing RESET SPECIAL (for example, deleting COMPARE output) will delete these lines. It would be nice if 1) they were not deleted by RESET SPECIAL; 2) an ISPF EDIT/VIEW command to reinsert them at the top, and an associated service call. The service call could also return Z variables that would allow open source tools such as PDSEGEN to add exploitation.

I prefer option 2.

Wow - this is so intuitive that I'm surprised this is the 1st time I reading about it. Thank you Ray.
