    Allow zFS Salvager to Check ACLs while File System is Mounted

    There is an undocumented option of the salvager: CHECK_ACL_CONSISTENCY=ON to check and repair a file system with ACL problems.This feature should be documented and at least the check for problems should be possible for a mounted file system.

    We ask z/OS Security Server to be enhanced to permit zFS to be easily protected, like HFS current protection running for the early life of HFS on z/OS.

    Applications are experiencing huge delays when zFS is performing a write with SYNC against large files, the frequency of SYNCs are low, and there are many concurrent tasks trying to perform operations on the same file.

    Add mount option to perform ZFS file system integrity check at mount time

    When coming up for the first time in DR, we have a request from one of our teams to be able to run a file system integrity check to look for any ZFS corruption.
