Add mount option to perform ZFS file system integrity check at mount time

When coming up for the first time in DR, we have a request from one of our teams to be able to run a file system integrity check to look for any ZFS corruption.

    Any kind of file system validation that would be done when a file system is being mounted can cause IPL delays, and other serious issues. Salvage remains the only mechanism to know for sure that a file system is not corrupted. And, this salvage operation can be ran when the file system is mounted or when it is not mounted.
