Provide 'authorisation via LDAP' on HMC

In the current HMC code only authentication can be done using LDAP. Authorisation is managed in HMC code. We would like to have the possibility to add authorisation so that a request to authenticate a user on LDAP also verifies if that user is allowed to use HMC (e.g. check if the user is part of an in LDAP defined group HMCUSERS).
In the best of worlds this would be extended to complete LDAP based authorization where management of allowance/denial to every distinct HMC functionality takes place.
