Make OSA ICC Console Shared Certificate to use as CA signed with Pertinent infor such as Country Code, etc.

We like to have Shared Certificate as a option also like Individual Certificate to have it as CA signed. Right now, there is no way to have Shared Certificate to be CA signed to put in Country code and all the pertinent information. We need this so we not have to have many certificate for each PCHID for CA signed certificate like Individual. Like our TN3270 shared certificate. We can one certificate and used all over. This is more work for us to do Individual with CA certificate for each PCHID with like 4 console defined times many and when we have like over 10 CECS.
