Enhance the Certificate Management>Delete and Archive Certificate task, such that multiple recovery points are available for the Certificate Management>Work with Archived Certificate>Install task.

Idea raised in response to case TS017583057.

Enhance the Certificate Management>Delete and Archive Certificate task, such that multiple recovery points are available for the Certificate Management>Work with Archived Certificate>Install task.

The enhancement would provide true restoration for multiple recovery points, without the need for a time consuming New Certificate>Signed by a Certificate Authority task to be progressed.  For example, both a pre and post recovery points to update a certificate, would be available to demonstrate implemention, backout and reimplemention in a single change window.  To comply with customer change management processes, customers are demanding resiliency to be demonstrated.

Multiple recovery points provides flexibility for customers.

To reproduce error run Certificate Management>Work with Archived Certificate>Install task, then any attempts to run the Certificate Management>Import Server Certificate task fails with error ACT05222 (The server certificate being imported does not contain the public key corresponding to the private key for this console), despite using the same new signed server certificate .cer file.
