"Manage PCI System Services" Panel - View Access

We are currently installing the MCLs on our z15s and there is a requirement to update the Resource Groups. In order to see from the processor which pchids are in which resource groups, so that we can compile an SoE to document what needs to be taken off/online before/after updating them, we have added "Manage PCI System Services" to our view userids however I have noticed that this will also allow the user the ability to update the resource group in that panel. This should only be for our breakglass ids to be capable of under change control.

It would be useful therefore, when required to update resource groups for MCLs, that we can have a view option to help with planning under the "Manage PCI System Services" panel so we can see the pchid list per resource group but not be allowed to do an update.
