Let zOSMF assume that PMR numbers for PDDU are IBM ones?

Hi, When in Incident Management in zOSMF and selecting "Send Diagnostic Data" a PMR number must be entered. It is assumed that the PMR number is not an IBM one unless a box is checked. The default should be that it is an IBM PMR and the checking of the box should be only need if it is not an IBM PMR, especially so since IBM is the major supporter of PDDU and , to my knowledge, the only vendor that supports this technique.
