Do not RACLIST FACILITY when XFACILIT are RACLISTed

In order to use the HZSPRINT utility and the design for IBM Health Checker the XFACILIT-class in RACF has to be RACLISTed.

When RACLIST XFACILIT the class FACILITY also gets RACLISTed and if you use own applications that store information in the FACILITY-class they must be able to handle the RACLST.

    We have home written ISPF-appilications that update profiles in the FACILITY-class used by other functions and batchjobs.
    This is done by the end-user without knowing where the information is stored.
    There are plenty updates since we have many user maintaning this information.
    All users need SPECIAL and CLAUTH to FACILITY-class to do the REFRESH and that are a bit to high authority for the users.

    Please help us understand more about your issue by explaining why your applications which use the FACILITY class can not have FACILITY RACLISTed.
