LPAR Image Capacity Calculation

When we have set a value for Defined Capacity of 600, the Image
Capacity shows me 600 as well. That's reasonable and is comprehensible.
As we do not work with Defined Capacity anymore the Image Capacity
Value changed. I have Defined Capacity of 0, and the Image Capacity
Shows now a Value of 3184 MSU. As this Systems has 15 CP logical online
and 8 CP logical offline, RMF takes into it's calculation also the
offline ones for the Image Capacity and showing the total of 138MSU/CP
* 23CP(on- and offline) =3184 however I would only expect to see a
value there for 138MSU/CP * 15 CP(online) = 2070.

This item is a valid requirement but unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan. If this requirement is high value, please re-open it, or open a new requirement.
