Produce SMF 92 subtype 2 and 4 during backup of ZFS mounted in RWSHARE mode

During the dump process of a ZFS mounted in rw mode, a quiesce is done before the dump and an unquiesce is issued after the dump. SMF 92 subtype 2 is written when the filesytem is quiesced, and a subtype 4 is produced when it is unquiesced. This allow to monitor the time of unavailability for the file system.

For ZFS mounted in rwshare mode, SMF record 92 2/4 are not produced for quiesce/unquiesce, so it is not possible to monitor these events.

This RFE is opened to have the production of SMF 92 subtype 2 and 4 during the dump process or ZFS mounted in RWSHARE mode, to allow installation to monitor or to develop tools to better manage the quiesced time for ZFS file system during backup.
