Enhance zERT to Shut Off SMF 119 Subtype 01/02

The existing 119 subtype 01/02 is a subset of the new zERT 119 subtype 11/12.

They should have the ability to shut off the 01/02 OR use the existing data from them - combined with a few additional fields in 11/12 to make one SMF file. Currently, the data is being duplicated i.e. - the 11's have the same exact data as the 01 or 02 PLUS a couple extra fields like ciphers, etc.

We already provide control over which TCP/IP SMF records are recorded through the SMFCONFIG statement in the TCPIP profile data set. If you don't want subtype 1 or 2, then you can turn those off using that statement. We gave careful consideration to whether we should create new subtypes for zERT data, or if we should add new fields to existing records. Since the purpose of zERT is very specific (collection/reporting of cryptographic protection information) and the subtype 1 and subtype 2 report on a fairly wide variety of aspects of TLS connections, we deliberately created new subtypes. Given the existing controls to accomplish the goal described in this requirement, and the fact we created new subtypes for zERT very purposefully, this requirement is declined.
