Add a Plugin to Execute Scripts (Python, Shell) from z/OSMF Desktop Interface

When using z/OSMF as a management tool, through the Desktop interface, there is currently no way to access Unix System Services (USS) outside of using the ISPF Plugin. When editing a shell script or Python script, I have to swap between z/OSMF and an SSH session to execute the script after making changes. A plugin to access USS either locally (without SSH) or locally and remotely (with SSH) should be added to z/OSMF to allow a single-point-of-entry for managing Unix System Services and executing scripts.
