Unexpected CEELAA_STACKFLOOR64 address when storage initialization is used

During testing of IBM Fault Analyzer for z/OS, we encountered a problem with the CEELAA_STACKFLOOR64 field. Fault Analyzer uses this value to determine the valid address range of the stack storage when checking a possible DSA address. Basically, if the DSA address is not somewhere between the address of the dummy DSA and the CEELAA_STACKFLOOR64 address, then it is discarded as a valid 64-bit DSA.

This generally works fine. However, we found that when using storage initialization (STORAGE(00,00,00,0)), then suddenly the CEELAA_STACKFLOOR64 address is much higher for the otherwise exact same test case, causing the above mentioned FA DSA validation to fail.

    CEELAA_STACKFLOOR64 is set to special value for STORAGE(,,dsa) RTO by our initial design. LE can not make change to existing behaviors due to compatibility reasons.
