SWA SVA changes in z/OS V2.2 do not provide public API to provide SVA address translation for non-IBM dump formatters

• Changes in z/OS V2.2 to SWA SVA, that facilitates SVA translation, have occurred and have subsequently moved these internal control blocks above the bar.
• Users of SWAREQ and IEFHQMREQ are not affected, but ISV dump formatters, that will usually be reading dumps created in other systems or address spaces, cannot use SWAREQ and/or IEFHQMREQ to locate certain control blocks need to format dump information, some of which is:
o JOB and DD information
- Job Queue information
- Related DD card information from executing jobs
-MVS environment summary information
o CICS information
-DFHRPL Concatentation to load applications
-Dynamic library information
-Program load information
-Program change summary information
• ICN #1314 describes changes for SWA SVA, but these internal control blocks are undocumented and there is no API to provide the SVA translation for a third party ISV z/OS SVC DUMP or a CICS SVC DUMP or SYSMDUMP formatter.
• IBM control blocks that are needed to debug these dumps are cannot be located. Some of these very important control blocks for debugging are:
o JCTxxx
o ACTxxx
o JFCBxxx
o JSCxxx
o SCTxxx
o SIOxxx
