RACF: Logging of successful login

Standards (e.g. PCI-DSS 10.2.5) require that successful login to the system or application must be logged.

Today the successful login logging depends on the resource manager, which handles the login.

It should be possible to activate the successful login logging in SMF record 80 by RACF without changing the resource manager and without exits.
