JES2: Add writer id(WTRID) to the JSPA fields so PSF exit 15 can pass writerid in the -opa parameter to a CMOD server

PSF MVS Download to CMOD server:
We are testing using Download to send print to CMOD and wanting to customize the output filename to match our existing standards. I have
looked at the APSUX15X sample exit, but noted that WTRID is not included in the IAZJSPA JES job-separator-page area.
In other words, PSF Download output file naming conventions are not adapting to match our application requirements.
