Import/Export capability for z/OSMF provisioning resources

Today - a lot of configuration needs to be done in order to publish a provisoning template in z/OSMF CP&M. This shared or dedicated resource pool require configuration of instance details, Job statement and the different resource pools for network/workload management and storage. The network resource pool on itself needs addition configurating in the Network Configuration assistant.

We are running several z/OSMF servers in a sysplex to seperate between test, development, acceptance and production for deploying templates, which requires that resource definitions need to be applied to every seperate z/OSMF server for each template that moves through this cycle.

Since configurating these resource definitions require a lot of interaction with panels and options - it can not always be garantueed that no mistakes are made along the way, and thus causing inconsistant configuration between z/OSMF servers which could lead to different results running the same provisioning template.

This RFE is requesting an option to export resource definitions which can be imported to another z/OSMF server. A similiar mechanic currently exists in base z/OSMF where System Variables can be set in the Systems plugin which is also exposed via REST API.
